The Foundation of Our Mission: Honoring a Legacy

The story of Rahma Foundation began with a deeply personal experience and a desire to turn a moment of loss into a lasting act of service. Our co-founder, Noureddine Dib, sought a meaningful way to honor the memory of his father through a sustainable act of charity. This vision led to a partnership with Mr. Moutari Ali and the construction of our very first water well. This initiative served as the physical and spiritual foundation of the organization even before it was formally established.

Noureddine Dib brings a long history of service to the foundation. Throughout his career, he has engaged in many voluntary activities and charity work, including providing professional architectural design services at no cost to various local non-profit organizations. His commitment to using his professional skills for the public good is a cornerstone of our organizational values.

Witnessing the daily reality in Togo, West Africa, had a profound impact on our leadership. Many families, especially women and children, must travel long distances to access the most basic human necessity: clean water. Seeing this struggle firsthand shifted our perspective and strengthened our commitment to building a larger and more structured effort to help those in need.

Today, as Vice President and a founding member, Noureddine Dib utilizes his professional expertise as an architect to bridge the gap between vision and reality. His work within the foundation is centered on the following pillars:

  • Outreach and Advocacy: Raising global awareness regarding the critical water crisis in West Africa.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Building vital connections with individuals and organizations that share a vision for meaningful change.

  • Sustainable Infrastructure: Ensuring that every project provides a permanent and reliable source of clean water for Togolese communities.

Being part of this journey is both a responsibility and a privilege. Rahma Foundation remains dedicated to the belief that clean water is a fundamental right. We are grateful to work alongside individuals who share our vision of creating a legacy of mercy and lasting change, one community at a time.
